Delivery & Shipping

With retail orders, because they are bespoke and handmade, we aim to despatch in around 5 working days.

UK Orders (including Highlands and Islands & NI)

Most deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail however longer items e.g. walking sticks and shoehorns and parcels over 2kg will be sent by courier service.

Delivery charges will be calculated by the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

EU Orders

Most deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail and handed over to your country's own postal service, however longer items e.g. walking sticks and shoehorns and parcels over 2kg will be sent by courier service.

EU standard delivery - Dependant on your country's postal service

Delivery charges will be calculated by the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

- Points pertaining to the EU Regulation on General Product Safety 2023/988 (the GPSR):

The products made and sold by Abbeyhorn Ltd., are not affected by the GPSR brought in by the EU on 13/12/24, due to the nature of said products.

Chapter 1: Article 2: Point 2(e) - "This Regulation does not apply to:"... "animal by-products and derived products"

Point (13) - "Animal by-products are materials of animal origin that people do not consume."

ROW Orders

Returns Policy

Abbeyhorn is committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers, however should a product not meet with your expectations you have the right to a full refund or replacement.

• You must take reasonable care of the goods.
• You must inform us that you wish to return your item within 14 days of the day it was received.
• You must then return the item to us, with us receiving it within 14 days of the return being accepted.
• You must return the goods in their original condition, quoting your Order Number.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receving your return, although this is often done much sooner.
• Replacements will be despatched shortly after receipt of returns.
• We would recommend that you return you items via registered post. You will need to pay for return delivery which is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

In addition to the above you also have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are delivered.

• You must send a written cancellation notice either by hand delivery, post, fax or email.
• Should you decide to cancel your order after we have despatched it, you must refuse the delivery and have it returned to sender.

Import Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Abbeyhorn has no control over these charges and cannot accept responsibility for any customs fees, delays, or additional costs incurred once your order reaches your country.
